Sofia's Comment

This book contains everything. Many times we hear about Gospel passages we know well, that we have heard so many times, without understanding their true meaning.

Reading these pages is like finally being able to put a puzzle together, like finding the perfect connections after so much time spent trying to figure out where to place this or that piece.

It can be read in one breath, but also in small doses, one paragraph after another. With each rereading, you can assimilate something new, find an answer to a doubt, or even receive that guidance you were waiting for. You get the impression that the Lord himself wants to speak directly to us, right now.

It is a book to always keep at hand, because it always has something new to tell us; it speaks directly to the soul.

Angela's Comment

Reading "On the Path of God", which is part of the trilogy "The Awakening of the Soul Part III" by Corrado and Enrico Guelpa, was a deeply engaging, almost overwhelming experience. From the very first pages, I felt captivated by a narrative force that left no room for distraction: every word seemed to call me to return, to continue, to immerse myself even more.

The reading is not limited to informing or entertaining: it touches the most intimate chords of the soul. It is as if a sudden joy had pervaded me, an inner light that turns on and invites not only reflection but also action. I found myself wanting to follow the indications that emerge from the text, as if they were precious suggestions for living better.

I can sincerely affirm that no book, so far, had transmitted such an intense sensation to me. It is a reading that leaves a mark, that stays inside, that changes something. And precisely for this reason, I believe it can be a precious companion even in moments of sadness: a sort of healthy shock, capable of awakening dormant energies and restoring hope.

I would like others to be able to live this experience as well, because it is truly an incredible opportunity. A book that is not only read, but felt. And that, once closed, continues to speak.

Alessandro's Comment

I have just finished the third volume, "On the Path of God", and I can say I found it truly smooth to read. As I immersed myself in its pages and reflected on what I had learned, I became aware of how many small, but significant, transgressions are committed every day, often without even realizing it. It is surprising how in this contemporary society many vices are not only normalized, but sometimes even celebrated.

I realized that the path to conversion is indeed a narrow path, where reflection on sacrifice becomes essential to not deviate from the right way. This volume, if I may say so with humility, seemed to me a precious manual of reconversion, almost a "summary" of the Gospel, offering profound and inspiring insights.

Paola's Comment

It is always an exciting surprise to be able to read the books by Corrado and Enrico Guelpa, and the long-awaited "On the Path of God", which completes the trilogy dedicated to the "awakening of the Soul", did not disappoint my expectations.

It is astonishing how, despite the Commandments, the Beatitudes, and some Gospel passages being revisited, which we have heard many times, the teachings that emerge from these pages and the invitation to put them into practice are anything but obvious or banal: every line of this booklet invites us to welcome the Word, to make the path traced by Jesus our own, and to follow it with trusting abandonment, which allows us to see His promises of eternity fulfilled for each of us.

It is a brief booklet, but dense with suggestions: it can be read methodically, but it continues to surprise with its reminders even when you put it in your pocket and reopen it from time to time, rereading a page or even just a paragraph here and there.

Have you ever felt sad, offended, despised, neglected, or simply out of place and misunderstood? Do as I do: after savoring it in its entirety, keep it at hand and, in those moments, open it to a random page, read the first paragraph your eyes land on, and you will be amazed: the firmness and, at the same time, the unconditional sweetness that flow from those words will make you feel immediately loved, important, precious like a jewel in the eyes of God, worthy of those promises that are not for a few, but for all those who decide to entrust themselves with total abandonment, trust, and faith to the power of His love:

«Faith is not blind illusion, it is certain vision beyond the darkness, it is secure grasp of the divine promise, it is a miraculous bridge that unites our fragility to the glory of the Eternal! Whoever believes does not grope in the dark, but walks in the light, because he knows that every step he takes is written in the palm of God's hand!» (p.56)

With a heart full of gratitude, I thank the authors of "On the Path of God – The Awakening of the Soul, Part III" for having gifted the reader with such a profound work. With extraordinary clarity, they have known how to reveal the love of God as a living presence that nourishes us, loves us, and leads us to the infinite good of the soul. Whoever follows His path already has salvation in their heart.

This is the central message of the book: a simple truth told with immense love and an intimate devotion that is like a caress to the soul. Once again, heartfelt congratulations to the authors: for the courage and the light they have known how to infuse into every word.

Barbara's Comment

I read the book "On the Path of God" in one breath, as if my time were running out. Later, I will meditate on it calmly.

It is not a book to be read, it is a Spiritual Ascesis, a path to be enclosed in the heart, not to leave it there inert, cold as death, but alive like love, which if not fed with its burning fire, goes out.

To say that I like it is reductive; it is simply alive, it makes the heart and soul burn, it puts Spiritual energy in place to put Hope, Faith, and Charity into action, the kind that is capable, through love, of helping and loving our brothers and sisters. It is well written with a language that reaches you directly, a young and fresh language, it convinces with the desire to dare. In case anyone is still uncertain and hesitant about taking the Great Leap, they will have the certainty that the Lord will welcome them in His great embrace.

It would have helped me immensely many years ago when my soul was suffering. Today I have understood many new truths, a great help, always new things, a gust of strength, the awakening of the slumbering soul with new energies that move mountains.

Thank you for writing this work.

Costanza's Comment

This pocket book is a precious gem in "The Awakening of the Soul" collection. Reading it is truly a rejuvenation for the spirit, like a breath of fresh air after a long period of stifling heat. It invites us to breathe deeply and rediscover our true selves. The pages flow with ease, and every word ignites the desire to move forward, in search of new pearls of wisdom.

This text guides us on the path of life, answering clearly the multiple questions that may arise along our journey. The most important ones, such as: "Which direction should I take?" and "How can I take the first step on this road?" find their answer between its lines.

In particular, the section dedicated to the beatitudes struck me deeply; it represents a true map to salvation. It is a reading I wish to always keep at hand, to consult frequently and immerse myself in, discovering new and wonderful meanings every time.

Elsa's Comment

The book stands out for its simple and accessible language, capable of reaching every reader, regardless of their cultural background. It is an invitation to reflection and offers a clear guide to follow.

It begins by defining who God is and what the meaning of our life is, to then delve into the importance of His word, through which we can arrive at a true understanding and an authentic faith.

It is emphasized how faith is nourished by the knowledge of God, revealed in His message and in the beatitudes. Every concept, such as humility and trust, is presented with a clarity that goes beyond the simple reading of the Gospel, allowing for a deeper and more nuanced understanding.

It is a book to be approached calmly, a treasure of sweetness that elevates the soul and helps us recognize our errors. Personally, I find it extremely engaging and meaningful.
